How Your Plan Works
Medication Availability Report Refill Instructions For Prescription Medications Research Patient Eligibility With over 2,500 prescription drugs on the market, we will assist you by researching companies that supply the medications you require to maintain your health. To get started with this beneficial service, please complete our Eligibility Form. Application Assistance Each prescription you would like to obtain FREE requires a complete application with a doctor's prescription and proof of income. After you answer the Eligibility Form, we will determine if you are eligible. At that time our system will research what prescription applications are needed, the manufacturer, cost (if any for discounts only) and provide you all the information you need to enroll and receive your medications. We will also alert you to any specific information needed such as physician prescriptions, proof of income and other requirements of the manufacturer. You are not obligated to participate in any of the programs presented to you. Most companies will notify you when they ship your medication to either the doctor's office or some medications will ship directly to you. However, most are shipped to your doctor for you to pick up. Medication Availability Report We will provide you a detailed report listing each medication you listed in your medication selection. This report will list the medication name Brand/Generic, manufacturer, quantities and best price available (if not available on a Free Patient Assistance Program). We also offer assistance by researching any additional medications, quantities, or other changes ordered by your physician in the future. Refill Instructions for Prescription Medications Refill instructions are emailed to you six weeks before your medications are due to be ordered. This valuable service is included in your membership program and will assure you that your medications will always be current and in supply. Members Returning or Need to Apply For New Prescription Medication Active RxMedsAdvisor members simply need to login and follow the steps as if you were applying for medication the first time.
